Response Team Service Option ADT has our own Response Team that will be despatched to the site when a distress signal has been sent to the Central Monitoring Station from the alarm system. Only applicable to selected coverage areas – please ask the ADT representative for more information. Maintenance Option
ADT will provide bi-annual visits to site during normal working hours to test if equipment is in working condition. Activity Report Option
ADT will provide monthly report which records all signals received by Central Monitoring Station from the equipment during the Agreement Term. Events Supervision Option
ADT will monitor signals transmitted from alarm equipment at site to the Central Monitoring Station such as AC Loss, Low Battery and System Checks.
